Job summary

RTX in the Philippines seeks a qualified professional to manage the SIOP cycle, coordinating data collection, demand and supply reviews, and financial reconciliations. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations to align strategy with capacity and inventory targets.

You will support executive SIOP reporting, presenting Actuals, Latest Estimates and Plans to ELT and SLT, enabling timely, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics.

What You Will Do *

• Manage the SIOP cycle (data collection, demand reviews, supply reviews, executive SIOP reviews and financial reconciliation) and all deliverables for a value stream
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to align business strategies with operational capabilities and recommend plans that meet inventory and financial targets
• Support executive level SIOP reporting, including Actuals, Latest Estimates, and Plans, supporting ELT and SLT decision-making

What You Will Learn

• How to consolidate and present data in an executive format
• How we coordinate and transfer the business strategy and commitments into an operational plan
• Working to executive timetables and gaining functional consensus

Qualifications You Must Have *

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related experience
• 5+ years in supply chain, operations, inventory management, or analytics

Qualifications We Prefer

• Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
