You will drive operational excellence—safety, quality, delivery, and cost—manage programs, budgets, and capital plans, and champion Lean/Six-Sigma continuous improvement across manufacturing cells.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience in End to End Program Management of new products and production readiness to successfully launch products.

• Experience in aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, machining, metal fabrication, composites manufacturing, or assembly practices is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six-Sigma techniques.

• Managerial skills and Talent development.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.

Typical requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
