• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree preferred with minimum 3 years of experience; otherwise 9 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong ERP experience (SAP, PELICO advantageous).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Assembly Completion based on Firing Order and lead time to meet shipping dates.
• Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity; determines processes, tools, and staffing needs.
• Plans and schedules workflow for departments according to established lead times.
• Confers with supervisors to determine project status and progress.
• Expedites late operations and adjusts schedules for unforeseen conditions.
• Creates Production Orders on time based on firing order sequence.
• Checks available assembly and incorporates into production schedule.
• Provides weekly planning reports on production plan performance; may lead a team of planners.
• Performs related duties and adheres to EH&S practices overall.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Monitors Assembly Completion based on Firing Order & establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Shipping dates according to CODD
• Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements
• Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing lead times
• Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
• Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
• Create Production Order on time based on sequence of firing order
• Check available assembly to incorporate on production schedule
• Provide weekly planning report related to production plan performanceAble to lead of team of planners.
• Performs other related duties as required
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent understanding on ERP system (SAP, PELICO is an advantage)
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• With at least a year in his/her current position.
