Job summary

The Manager, Global Services Customer Insights & Analytics, will lead an end-to-end capability turning customer, sales, pricing, contract, and market data into clear insights for MedTech and other sectors.

You will define strategy, governance, and roadmaps while partnering with Finance, IT, and Global Services leaders to identify opportunities and drive adoption across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, information systems, engineering, or finance.
• Experience leading analytics, BI, or data-transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear insights and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, operating model, and roadmap for the analytics capability.
• Lead a multidisciplinary analytics team and drive collaboration and performance.
• Oversee workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Translate business challenges into analytics requirements and roadmaps.
• Develop analytics that deliver actionable insights for commercial partners.
• Establish governance, milestones, and post-implementation reviews.
