Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager - Full-Stack AI Engineering in Taguig to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications across global engagements. The role combines leadership with deep technical expertise in AI, Python, React, APIs, and cloud-native development.

You will guide teams, translate client requirements into scalable solutions, and engage with stakeholders while contributing to EY's AI Engineering growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, cloud engineering, or application development.
• Strong understanding of AI engineering and AI-enabled application development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, backend APIs, microservices, cloud-native development, and enterprise integration.
• Experience building AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Full-Stack AI Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions across global engagements. The ideal candidate combines strong AI Engineering and software engineering expertise with proven leadership experience. This role requires an individual who can lead teams of Full-Stack AI Engineers, translate client requirements into scalable solutions, engage directly with stakeholders, and contribute to the continued growth of EY's AI Engineering capabilities.

• Design and deliver enterprise AI applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and RAG architectures.

• Experience building AI copilots, AI assistants, intelligent search, and AI-powered applications.
• Relevant cloud, AI, or engineering certifications.
