Job summary

2C2P in the Philippines seeks a Senior Manager, FI Partnerships to drive end-to-end FI partnerships for card schemes and acquirers, reporting to Head of FI Partnerships APAC & MEA.

You will lead strategic negotiations, collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product and Operations, and build an executive network to deliver industry-leading payments solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial institutions, card schemes, acquirers and payment networks.
• Executive relationships with card schemes and acquirers in Philippines or Asia.
• Strong understanding of onboarding and compliance with global and regional payment network providers.
• Fascinated by the global financial ecosystem, embedded finance adoption, and globalization of enterprises.
• Exceptional communicator capable of connecting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong product instinct to identify opportunities and leverage partners’ existing and future products.

Responsibilities

• Understand Antom/2C2P financial operating system products to select partners that support the roadmap.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of FI partnerships from strategy to signing through implementation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Strategy, Finance and Operations.
• Deliver business requirements, new products, and payment corridors with partners.
• Manage 3rd party cards & APMS acquirer relationships and develop industry-leading solutions.

Description

The Financial Institution Partnerships Senior Manager will play a critical role in developing and delivering Antom/2C2P card scheme and 3rd party acquirers partnerships. This role involves executing end-to-end strategy, implementation and executive relationship management across card scheme and acquirers relationships in Philippines, This role will directly report to the Head of Financial Institution Partnership (APAC & MEA).

What You'll Do

• Keen ability to understand the Antom/2C2P financial operating system products and services to ensure that the right partners are selected to support the delivery of our roadmap.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of financial institution partnerships from strategy to signing through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership across the company, including Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Strategy, Finance and Operations.
• Effectively impact Antom/2C2P customers by working with partners and internal product teams to deliver business requirement, new products and payment corridors.
• Manage 3rd party cards & apms acquirer, financial Institution partner relationships and work with our partners to develop industry-leading solutions, solving problems for our customers.
• Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments.
• Represent Antom/2C2P for any industry or marketing events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working in financial institution, card schemes, acquirers and payment networks.
• Executive relationships with card schemes, acquirer in Philippines or Asia would be a plus.
• A good understanding of onboarding and compliance with global and regional payment network provider.
• You are fascinated with the global financial ecosystem, embedded finance adoption, and globalization of enterprises.
• You are an exceptional communicator and can connect with people at all levels, internally and with external stakeholders.
• You exhibit a strong product instinct and can identify opportunities to strategize and leverage partners’ and Antom/2C2P existing and future products.
• You have strong negotiation skills and can hustle to make multiple complex deals work parallel across regions.
