Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Integrity to lead Code of Conduct investigations, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, and oversee complex fraud-related matters. The role requires deep experience in investigations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and P&C.

The position is based in Taguig with hybrid setup and full-time employment, reporting to senior leadership and engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in Law, Criminal Justice, Accounting, Audit, or similar area of study.
• At least 8–10 years of related work experience.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), degree, or proven track record in corporate investigations.
• Audit background in investigation or forensic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fraud & COC investigations across CCEP Philippines.
• Support Anti-Fraud Program initiatives and data analytics.
• Engage with Legal, People & Culture, Ethics & Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Write clear, board-ready investigative reports and communicate control deficiencies.
