Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned Management Accounting Manager (F&B) in Mandaluyong to lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role partners with Operations and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive profitability and strategic growth.

You will mentor the accounting team, strengthen internal controls, and oversee financial planning for store networks, with a focus on FP&A, variance analysis, and performance improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or related functions
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Experience in restaurant, retail, FMCG, or related industries is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheet analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports
• Analyze financial performance, business trends, and operational results
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Support evaluations for new stores, investments, and business initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments on financial planning and performance improvement
• Enhance reporting systems, financial processes, and internal controls
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Management Accounting team
