Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Engineer to repair, maintain, analyze, and improve machinery performance to support safety, productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Requirements include a 4-year technical/engineering degree in Maintenance Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. Proficiency in electrical/mechanical diagrams, CAD, automation software, and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Maintenance Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical diagrams, CAD, automation software, and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision; displays initiative and problem-solving.
• Mentoring capability and basic leadership skills.
