Job summary

Qualifications

At least 5 years designing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Minimum 3 years in Architect or Architect-level capacity.
Hands-on as an L3 Engineer or M365 Architect in enterprise environments.
Experience with architect-level design and implementation of M365 solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions and architecture.
Provide L3 technical support and resolve complex issues across the M365 ecosystem.
Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Manage Entra ID (Azure AD), identity, access, authentication, and conditional access.
Implement and support Intune and endpoint management solutions.
Design and maintain M365 security, compliance, governance, and access controls.
Utilize PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and processes.
Lead or participate in M365 migration, modernization, and transformation projects.
