Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a seasoned professional to lead M365-focused pre-sales activities and architect compelling technical solutions for complex client environments.

You will analyze business requirements, prepare cost estimates for professional and managed services, and present proposals to customers. The role involves governance during delivery and opportunities for upsell, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience.
• The role requires expert M365 knowledge and related components.
• Experience guiding customers and internal stakeholders, leading pre-sales.
• Ability to analyze requirements, prepare cost estimates, and present proposals.
• Develop solutions including architecture design and SOW creation.

Responsibilities

• Possess expert M365 knowledge and provide guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead pre-sales activities for assigned solutions with BDM support.
• Analyze client environments and craft technical solution proposals.
• Prepare cost models for services and managed deployments.
• Present proposals and drive scope and commercials to sign-off.
• Hand over to delivery teams and monitor governance and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to drive new business and renewals.
• Develop architectural designs, SOWs, service design, and BOMs.
• Act as a technical evangelist at conferences, webinars, etc.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
