Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines seeks a Sr. Advisor, Customer Experience Service to support trade partners and guests from inbound calls.

You will deliver premium service across bookings, air enquiries and guest touchpoints, while meeting KPI targets and upholding the Royal brand. The role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy contact centre.

Qualifications

• Experience within Royal Caribbean and/or the travel industry.
• Experience with guest complaints desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, approachable with a passion for the business.
• Willing to work weekends/shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Answers inbound calls from travel partners and guests with a friendly disposition and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Servicing bookings and air enquiries using in-house tools.
• Take ownership of guest issues and provide resolution.
• Convert sales enquiries into bookings via the in-house reservation system.
