Job summary

TSUBAKIMOTO PHILIPPINES CORPORATION seeks a Logistics & Warehouse Specialist to support daily operations in Pasig. You will handle receiving, inventory control, order preparation, shipment coordination, and delivery management to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, suppliers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams, maintain records in the ERP system, and help optimize warehouse space, safety, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or related operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Familiarity with shipment, delivery, and importation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory systems; Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse-related activities when required.
• Hands-on experience operating a reach truck and/or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare customer orders based on approved documents and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate order preparation and delivery requirements.
• Monitor pending orders and provide updates to the Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Sales, suppliers, customers, and delivery providers as needed.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track shipments and update delivery status.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and delivery providers.
• Check received and delivered goods against required documents and quantities.
• Report delays, damages, and discrepancies to the Supervisor.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming products.
• Properly store and organize products in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for delivery or shipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading products when required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper space utilization.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, when authorized.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and missing items.
• Ensure all receiving and releasing of products are properly documented.
• Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, or damaged inventory.
• Prepare and maintain POs, invoices, packing lists, delivery receipts, and shipment documents.
• Ensure logistics and inventory transactions are properly recorded in the company's system.
• Assist in checking importation and customs documents.
• Use Microsoft Office and ERP/inventory systems as required.
• Assist in preparing logistics, warehouse, and inventory reports.
• Provide timely updates on orders, shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve operational concerns.
• Follow company warehouse, safety, and security procedures.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of products.
• Report accidents, damages, unsafe conditions, and other operational concerns.
• Maintain a safe and orderly warehouse environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse and logistics processes.
• Recommend ways to reduce errors, delays, and unnecessary costs.
• Follow established company procedures and controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor or Management.
