Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is looking for a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee logistics, warehousing, and fleet operations across multiple sites in the Visayas. You will drive inventory accuracy, route optimization, and cost controls while coordinating with 3PL providers and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with 3+ years in supervision, ERP or WMS familiarity, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
3+ years of managerial experience overseeing multiple warehouses or large fleets.
Experience with cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy investigations.
Willingness to travel regularly across the Visayas.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics and distribution planning across warehouses and branches.
Manage warehouse operations, capacity, safety, security, and productivity.
Oversee ~30 company-owned and third-party distribution trucks, including routing and delivery performance.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and inventories.
Strengthen controls over inventory and related assets.
Improve on-time delivery, route efficiency, and fleet utilization.
Monitor inventory aging, damages, and in-transit stocks.
Manage third-party logistics and service providers.
Implement systems, dashboards, SOPs, and continuity plans.
