Job summary

Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced logistics operations leader to oversee daily warehouse and transportation activities, ensuring high service levels and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive on-time/delivery targets, resolve bottlenecks, and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize costs and improve efficiency while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Experience in managing warehouse operations, distribution, or third-party logistics providers
• Proficient in SAP, WMS, and MS Excel
• Experience handling capacity constraints and service issues

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and transport operations to ensure high service levels and inventory accuracy
• Manage distribution activities to achieve on-time and in-full (DIFOT) delivery targets
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks across logistics and distribution processes
• Monitor warehouse capacity and implement contingency plans during peak periods
• Coordinate with 3PL/TPL partners including selection, accreditation, and performance management
• Support logistics cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Develop training plans and capability building for logistics team members
• Analyze logistics data and provide actionable insights to improve operations
