Qualifications

• Law degree required with admission to the bar.
• Seven or more years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling diverse criminal cases, including filing, prosecution, and defense.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of litigation cases, including civil, criminal, and administrative matters.
• Develop and execute effective litigation strategies from case initiation to trial or settlement.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
• Represent the Company in court and advise on legal matters across domains.
