GCash, the leading FinTech in the Philippines, is seeking a Finance Reconciliation Lead to ensure data accuracy and strict adherence to reconciliation processes. You will guide a team to deliver reconciled accounts, mitigate risk, and provide clear reporting to management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting, 2–4 years in lending/finance, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a proactive, client‑centric mindset. You will work on-site in Metro Manila with a dynamic, growth‑minded team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in lending operations, banking, finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with loan management systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and rectifies discrepancies, ensuring client data are aligned and accurate and reconciliation activities follow the approved process manual.
• Exhibits leadership and meticulous attention to detail, fostering accuracy and analytical problem-solving with a client-centric mindset.
• Delivers reconciled accounts and leads a high-performing team to meet compliance and performance targets, reducing financial risk and improving management reporting.
