Job summary

CEVA Logistics invites a Senior Linux Engineer to lead design and implementation of deployment automation for Linux systems across hybrid environments. You will work with Ansible, AWX, CI/CD, and cloud hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure) to optimize deployment, scalability, and security.

You will partner with application teams to create standardized OS templates, ensure high availability, and continuously improve infrastructure performance. This is a full-time opportunity based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years engineering and operating Linux at scale (RHEL/SUSE) in production.
• Experience owning an automated provisioning pipeline delivering VMs at volume.
• Strong automation and scripting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the linux automation engine for VM deployment.
• Collaborate with application teams to define linux OS standards and templates.
• Ensure scalable, highly available and secure infrastructure solutions.
• Implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD best practices.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues during implementation and optimize performance.
• Monitor and continuously improve infrastructure and application performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in infra design.
