Job summary

IQVIA in Manila seeks a seasoned professional to coordinate and manage linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish. You will oversee multiple translation/localization efforts, forecast deadlines, work with senior PMs to align with client expectations, and negotiate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

You will collaborate with contract linguists, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure adherence to IQVIA procedures while delivering high-quality results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with appropriate field of study.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects, especially Linguistic Validation and eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver on timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish per IQVIA SOPs.
• Manage multiple translation and localization projects concurrently from receipt to completion.
• Coordinate all project phases and forecast delivery deadlines to meet best possible timelines.
• Work with Senior Project Managers to assess client expectations and specs.
• Select vendors and negotiate deadlines; manage vendor relationships across locations.
• Monitor project status, progress, and budget; ensure work stays within allocated funds.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation; perform quality checks at various stages.
• Ensure compliance with IQVIA procedures and standards across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and timely outcomes.
