Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end lifecycle email programs for a fast-growing consumer membership and digital health platform. You will manage 3–4 campaigns per week in Iterable, build automated journeys, and guide the A/B testing roadmap.

This is a strategic role with autonomy, requiring collaboration with Brand and Creative teams to align briefs and assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strategic ownership of a lifecycle program, not just execution.
• Experience with modern lifecycle platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3–4 weekly email campaigns in Iterable, including setup, segmentation, triggers, QA, deployment, and post-send checks.
• Build and QA new automated journeys, maintain hygiene, deliverability, and privacy compliance.
• Coordinate email content calendars with Brand/Creative teams and write briefs.
• Own A/B testing roadmap from hypothesis to reporting and provide data-driven recommendations.
