Job summary

BPI MS Insurance Corporation is seeking a seasoned Legal Officer to provide legal review, opinions, and risk guidance across the organization based in Makati, Philippines. You will monitor pending cases, support data privacy initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with HR, Internal Audit and Compliance teams.

The role requires a JD/LLB, a minimum of 5 years' experience in law firms or corporate counsel, and strong communication, planning and stakeholder management skills
