The role reports to the Head of Learning Services and focuses on leading design of exceptional learning experiences while managing projects and stakeholder relationships to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree with 7+ years of experience in higher education learning/teaching.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing online learning content.
• Experience managing people and complex programs within budgets and timelines.
• Strong understanding of learning theories and pedagogical practices with edtech.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• High-level problem-solving abilities and adaptability in technology-enhanced learning.
• Experience with LMS platforms and educational technologies in curriculum design.
• Ability to lead initiatives and overcome obstacles.

Responsabilités

• Undertake successful client and senior stakeholder management across multiple projects.
• Manage projects and teams, mentor others, and nurture client relationships.
• Develop and maintain team processes, communications, and culture.
• Apply pedagogical theories to design and create online learning resources and assessments.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, and new opportunities.
• Oversee several complex projects with planning, resources and control.
• Identify risks and take timely action with clients and teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to co-design innovative learning experiences.
• Write high-quality student-facing material aligned to AQF/industry standards.
