Job summary

Curio Group is expanding its learning design capability and building a Southeast Asia talent pool for contract opportunities. The role focuses on designing effective, student-centered learning experiences in collaboration with designers, developers, and subject-matter experts.

You will help deliver learning resources and assessments, align with client requirements, and contribute to innovative education solutions across higher education, vocational education, and enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree with experience in the education sector.
• Experience in designing human-centred learning experiences using learning theories and pedagogical practices.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptive, and innovative using a design thinking approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of learning resources, activities, and assessments across contexts.
• Co-design and create innovative learning experiences with internal staff.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to align with client requirements.
• Work independently or in a distributed team using collaboration and project tools.
• Write high-quality student-facing material aligned to qualifications frameworks and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at Curio.
