Qualifications

• Geodetic Engineer licensure is required.
• Minimum 5 years in real estate activities or related fields.
• Working knowledge of land acquisition, transfer of ownership and titling processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with LAB/Head on identified potential parcels for development.
• Conduct due diligence on lands offered for sale and verify title accuracy.
• Prepare survey returns and assist in securing approvals by BL/LRA.
• Maintain updated records of titles, cadastral surveys and related documents.
• Review Registry of Deeds filings for titling and annotations.
• Prepare land acquisition/due diligence reports for LAB/MANCOM/EXECOM
• Prepare OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
