Job summary

Renewable energy sector seeks a results-driven Liaison Officer to lead land acquisition and government permitting for corporate capital projects in the Philippines.

You will negotiate with landowners, perform due diligence on land titles, secure permits from agencies (LRA, DENR, DAR, NCIP, BIR, LGUs), and oversee title transfer and registration with minimal disruption to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3–7+ years in land acquisition, titling, and government liaison in PH.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, DAR, NCIP, and BIR/LGU.
• Proven ability to negotiate with landowners and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead land lead generation and site identification with local stakeholders.
• Perform due diligence on titles and coordinate boundary surveys.
• Negotiate acquisitions and draft deeds (DOAS, CTS, MOA).
• Secure permits and clearances from agencies such as DAR, DENR, LRA, NCIP, BIR, LGUs.
• Manage end-to-end title transfer and maintain project trackers.
