Job summary

Blackfort PH is seeking a Senior Kafka Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable Kafka platforms that support enterprise event streaming and real-time data integration.

You will work with Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry, focusing on security and best practices in distributed systems and cloud environments. 7+ years in software engineering and 4+ years in Kafka are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software and integration engineering experience.
• 4+ years of Apache Kafka platform engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, DevOps, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable Kafka platforms for enterprise event streaming.
• Support real-time data integration and event-driven applications.
• Implement enterprise security and best practices for Kafka ecosystems.
