SM Retail Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Java Developer (Lead) with at least 8 years of Java development and application support to design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications while providing technical leadership.

Key responsibilities include developing and supporting Java-based enterprise apps, mentoring the team through code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Java development and application support experience.
• Proven leadership or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Core, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite.
