• Leading and developing a cross-functional engineering squad
• Demonstrated experience managing executive-level client relationships and multidisciplinary teams
• Lead pursuits, proposal development, solutioning and account growth activities
• Establish service levels, operational metrics, and governance
• Confidence operating independently and making sound technical decisions.
