We are hiring for Senior Java Engineer (with AWS and snowflake-mandatory) in BGC, Taguig City.

This is a Hybrid work setup with 3 days RTO -Mon and Fri as default + 1 day of your choice (Midshift) and 2 days WFH. Salary is up to 200k based on level.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Java and related technologies.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks and ecosystems, including Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code approaches.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think strategically about technology decisions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
