weSource Management Consultancy Firm seeks a Senior Java Engineer in a hybrid setup (BGC, Taguig) with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. The role requires 10–12 years of Java development, strong microservices experience, and hands-on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes skills.

Competitive salary up to 200k is offered based on experience. The ideal candidate will architect enterprise-scale Java applications, mentor teams, and collaborate across product and infrastructure to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of professional software development experience with strong Java expertise.
• Experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Deep knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Proven leadership mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and architectural best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code approaches.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-scale Java applications and establish standards across teams.
• Lead development of complex software, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, business, and infra teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
