Talentium is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our tech team in the Philippines. You will contribute to design, development, troubleshooting, and documentation across complex applications, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and quality standards.

With 5+ years in Java, you will lead tasks, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements and deliver reliable software fixes and enhancements.

Formación

• Bachelor's or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer, with expertise in application analysis and troubleshooting.
• Excellent skills in software design, coding, debugging, testing, and prototyping.
• Ability to analyse complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to analyse user requirements and specifications and translate them into program code.
• Knowledge of programming languages relevant to project specifications and industry requirements.
• Experience with business domain processes is preferred but not required.
• Strong technical documentation, communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills.
