You will work with Kafka, Kinesis, Redis, and Docker, collaborating with product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Java backend development.
• Strong knowledge of JVM and performance tuning.
• Experience with distributed REST APIs, fault tolerance and scalability.
• Hands-on experience with low-latency, high-throughput services.
• Experience with real-time streaming using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• GIT / CI/CD pipelines experience.
• English: B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, large-scale services for DSP programmatic integrations and platform products.
• Translate product requirements into technical solutions with the Product team.
• Write clean, production-ready code focused on throughput and latency.
• Design, develop, test, and improve platform features.
• Contribute to distributed systems processing billions of transactions per day under SLAs.
• Improve test coverage, monitoring, and observability; follow Agile methodologies.
