Job summary

Scalepex is seeking a skilled software engineer to own key features within the Ecosystem Team. You will design, implement, test, and optimize services across backend and frontend interfaces, ensuring quality and scalability in a fast-paced, remote setting.

You will work with Spark, Splunk, Hadoop, Prometheus, and cloud deployments, delivering reliable systems in an agile environment. Strong CS fundamentals and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Java, Golang or C++.
• Experience with the Spring Framework and REST APIs.
• Excellent system design and object-oriented design skills.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Own key features and components of Ecosystem Team across full software lifecycle.
• Design, implement, unit test, and optimize services for performance and reliability.
• Develop automation tests for CI/CD pipelines and instrument code for monitoring.
