We are seeking an experienced IT Solutions Engineer to join a major enterprise transformation programme in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise software development and architecture experience.
- Strong Java background (Java 11/17, Java EE / Jakarta EE).
- Database design and development expertise, especially PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on with Eclipse RCP, SWT, and JFace and WildFly Application Server.
- Experience with JPA/Hibernate, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Maven, and Azure DevOps advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive solution architecture for enterprise applications.
- Lead technical design activities and support implementation across distributed teams.
- Contribute to modernisation of complex legacy systems and ensure scalable, secure solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Support delivery through the full software development lifecycle.
- Promote engineering best practices and architectural standards across teams.
