Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead cross‑functional IT initiatives within a regulated environment. You will plan, coordinate, monitor, and report on multiple technical workstreams, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with business goals.

With 5–7 years of complex IT project experience and familiarity with Java stack, you will communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive initiatives from deployment planning to risk mitigation, supported by strong Azure DevOps,

Qualifications

Experience managing complex technical IT projects in highly regulated environments.
Proven understanding of Java technology stack.
Experience supervising multiple concurrent workstreams within international or multi-site deployment.
Highly disciplined and organized with ability to bring structure and reliability to fast-moving projects.
Ability to switch context quickly across different technical topics and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal English with ability to summarize complex technical information for senior leadership.
Advanced skills in Azure DevOps, Excel and PowerPoint for status decks and reports.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering; project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Create deployment plans aligned with business teams.
Coordinate and plan activities with business teams.
Coordinate IT activities with wider Eurofins IT Teams within forensics and group IT.
Drive multiple workstreams to achieve a common goal.
Report on activities and outcomes to stakeholders including risks and blockers.
Unblock activities by leveraging help from stakeholders.
