Job summary

IBM in the Philippines is seeking a Project Manager – Application Operations to lead ITSM activities across a multi-vendor environment. You will drive incident, problem, change management and service reporting to ensure smooth service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT service management, with at least 3 years in SIAM leadership and strong ITIL v4 expertise. Knowledge of IBM Service Management frameworks is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT service management experience, incl. 3+ years in SIAM or service management leadership.
• Experience managing MIM, incident, problem, change, and service reporting.
• Experience in IBM Service Management frameworks or Finastra is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM activities across multiple suppliers in a SIAM setup.
