Job summary

IBM Philippines is seeking an IT Client Services Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery and client relationships. You will be the single point of contact for PMO-related activities, infrastructure, third-party services, and IBM delivery teams to ensure contractual success.

You will support business solutions, respond to client IT requirements, oversee costs and schedule, and help identify growth opportunities within the contract, contributing to overall profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in IT services or consulting preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for end-to-end technology delivery.
• Coordinate with PMO, clients, and IBM delivery teams to meet contract deliverables.
• Support development and delivery of technical solutions and services.
