Job summary

ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and execution of medium to high complexity business application projects within the TBE organization.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders to define problems and delivery expectations, and guiding internal teams across business analysts, solution architects, development, and QA. You will manage milestones, governance, and vendor relationships, ensuring delivery success while handling technical tradeoffs

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing technology projects across business application platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage project teams across practice teams of business analysts, solution architects, development and QA teams.
• Oversee and manage multiple large, complex, diverse and strategic multi-discipline projects that impact the organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with Program Directors and Business Architects to set delivery expectations with stakeholders.
• Plan and set milestones by coordinating with business analysts, solution architects, development and QA staff.
• Manage impediments, report to stakeholders and leaders, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure governance guidelines are followed.
• Take overall responsibility for delivery including vendor management when external contractors are used.
• Resolve conflicts or dependencies that risk delivery, coordinating with other PMs.
