Job summary

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. in Makati seeks an experienced IT Project Manager for dayshift onsite. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/IT and 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, ideally in regulated financial environments.

You will lead cross-functional teams using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods. Key responsibilities include project planning, scope, schedule, budgeting, risk and quality management, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Salary: Up to 130k

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience managing IT projects within a bank, financial institution, payment network, fintech, digital bank, payment processor, or other regulated environment. (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams using: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid project management methodologies
• Strong experience in: Project Planning and Analysis, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Budgeting and Cost Management, Risk and Issue Management, Ǫuality Management, Stakeholder Management, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
• Strong knowledge and practical application of project management frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and project documentation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, and performance orientation.
