Job summary

You will manage multiple projects and teams, develop efficient processes, coordinate with business users, and ensure timely, compliant delivery across platforms.

Applicants should have a relevant Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in mainframe/midrange systems, banking operations exposure, plus Agile and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in application systems design, analysis, development and maintenance with mainframe/midrange/microcomputer systems.
• Experience in banking operations.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud-based Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages more than one complex or high-risk project concurrently.
• Develops and manages processes to meet business requirements in a cost-efficient manner.
• Manages project teams, defines roles/responsibilities, sets performance objectives, coaches and trains staff.
• Reviews plans and progress to ensure coordination and continuation of project objectives.
• Ensures issues are raised/resolved at appropriate levels; keeps stakeholders informed.
