Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end initiatives, coordinating teams, managing risks, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget. The role bridges between project teams and senior management, driving progress and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years in project management, preferably in telecommunications, with strong change-management skills and familiarity with PM tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years end-to-end project management experience, preferably in a technical background.
• Telco experience is a plus.
• Familiar with project management development and tracking tools.
• Experience leading people and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning from ideation to execution to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Act as liaison between project teams and senior management with regular progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to meet requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Facilitate issue resolution and drive problem-solving across the team.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports for stakeholders and ensure quality approvals.
