Job summary

Hubexo, a global provider of data, insights and software for the construction industry, seeks a Senior IT Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and vendor management across IT landscape. This hybrid Makati role combines business, technology, and supplier relationships to deliver best value and innovation.

You will negotiate IT contracts, manage vendor performance, and partner with IT, Finance, and Legal to align spend with business goals in CET business hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in IT procurement or vendor management.
• Proven expertise in negotiating complex IT contracts.
• Strong understanding of IT categories and procurement processes.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP or eProcurement tools (e.g., Netsuite, Dynamics).
• Relevant certifications (CIPS, CPSM, ITIL) a plus.

• Drive IT sourcing strategies and contract negotiations across hardware, software, cloud, and services.
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and governance to ensure delivery excellence.
