Job summary

Optum Philippines is hiring an IT Infrastructure Operations professional to support server infrastructure, Citrix, AVD, and day-to-day system issues across multiple clients. You will manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and incident tracking using Tanium and ServiceNow, with a focus on security and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include monitoring dashboards, documenting SOPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and following ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations or a similar role.
• Experience administering the Tanium platform (Patch module).
• Experience with vulnerability scanning (Tanium Comply) or similar tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow and OS/application patching at scale.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint management tools.
• Proficient troubleshooting of patch failures, deployment errors, and endpoint communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for server infra, Citrix, AVD, and day-to-day issues.
• Plan, test, deploy, and verify security patches using Tanium Patch.
• Scan endpoints for vulnerabilities with Tanium Discover/Comply/Reveal.
• Track remediation efforts and generate patch/vulnerability reports.
• Document SOPs and refine processes for automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams; escalate to L3 when needed.
• Follow change control and ITIL-aligned procedures; maintain knowledge base.
