Job summary

Optum Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide L1/L2 support for server infrastructure, Citrix, and VDI environments, and to lead patch management using Tanium Patch.

The role includes vulnerability remediation, patch deployment, and coordination with application owners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT infra operations, experience with Tanium products and ServiceNow, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT.
5+ years in IT infrastructure operations or a similar role.
Experience administering the Tanium platform (Patch module).
Experience running vulnerability scans via Tanium Comply or similar products.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for server infra, Citrix, AVD, and day-to-day issues across multiple clients.
Plan, test, deploy, and verify security patches for Windows/Linux systems using Tanium Patch.
Use Tanium Discover/Comply/Reveal to scan endpoints and analyze vulnerabilities.
Monitor dashboards and generate reports on patch status and remediation progress.
Document SOPs and drive process improvements; maintain knowledge base.
