Job summary

Global IT Services in the Philippines seeks a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to ensure a robust, secure and scalable core IT infrastructure with emphasis on Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, PKI and Exchange Online.

You will design, deploy and maintain hybrid AD/DNS/PKI environments, manage Exchange Online and move on-premise systems to AWS. You will automate with PowerShell and Service-Now, supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Systems and/or Computer Science or related quantitative field.
7+ years experience as an IT infrastructure engineer, preferably in financial industry and international setting.
Experience leading projects focused on subject technologies.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server OS management, deployment, hardening, configuration and troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of VMware vSphere.
Solid knowledge of PKI infrastructure, concepts and deployments.
Solid knowledge of networking and security concepts.
Solid understanding and practical experience of ITSM/ITIL.
Strong skills in organization, prioritization, project management and problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
Industry certifications (AWS, Terraform, GitLab) advantageous.
Good knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Good knowledge of SQL relational databases.
Experience with Agile (Kanban).
VMware vSphere know-how and experience.
Experience in financial services/regulatory environments.
Excellent English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and maintain Hybrid Active Directory infrastructure with Domain Controllers, Group Policies and Entra ID interfacing services and security hardening.
Design and maintain Exchange Online and AWS SES messaging platforms.
Design, deploy and maintain internal and external DNS infrastructure (AD and AWS Route 53) with security hardening.
Design, deploy and maintain Enterprise PKI and security hardening.
Design, deploy and maintain Entra ID and IdP features.
Design, management and hardening of Windows Server products.
Support transition of on-premise infrastructure to AWS cloud services.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools (PowerShell, Service-Now).
Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
Implement automated monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Provide 2nd/3rd level support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
Collaborate with network, security, and application teams for seamless integration.
