Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4–6 years in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or shared services.
• Hands-on SAP procurement experience and experience with IT categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for IT hardware, software, and indirect services.
• Create, review, and manage purchase requisitions and POs in SAP.
• Serve as Manila-based procurement contact for IT and indirect services stakeholders.
• Provide proactive issue resolution for open orders and supplier issues.
• Support RFQs, bid comparisons, and negotiations for IT/indirect services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage order status and invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with IT Finance, vendor management, and Accounts Payable.
