Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience; at least 5+ years in enterprise architecture or related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise architecture management process and tool for IT landscape transparency.
• Collaborate with competence centers and regions to gather IT insights.
• Lead cross-functional applications implementations, including middleware, to enhance interoperability.
• Support development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet evolving needs.
• Represent the sector in cross-sector councils and forums, advocating for alignment with group sector policies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with group policies and standards.
