Job summary

TASQ is seeking an Oracle Tech Consultant Senior Manager in the Philippines, based in Taguig with a hybrid work setup. You will specialize in Oracle applications, install, configure, administer, develop, and support Oracle products across client environments to drive modernization and efficiency.

You will lead global teams, mentor colleagues, and apply systems thinking to complex projects while delivering effective client outcomes and clear communications to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10–15 years of experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is essential.
• Senior level with Oracle technology exposure and consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products and solutions to optimize efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and implement Oracle software solutions to support transformation.
• Provide training and support for seamless integration of Oracle technologies.
• Develop strategic plans to optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Data Integration usage.
• Guide teams in process improvements to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify Oracle development opportunities.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems in Oracle projects and act decisively.
• Direct teams through complexity with composure and strategic questioning.
• Craft clear messages to tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Initiate coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams.
