Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in IT, Business Systems, Digital Transformation, ERP, or Analytics roles.
Experience supporting enterprise applications such as SAP, ERP, or business information systems.
Experience working with business stakeholders and managing digital projects.
Experience in designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows (e.g., Power Automate, RPA tools)

Responsibilities

Lead and support Digital Transformation (DX) projects across business and operational functions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
Implement automated notifications, approvals, escalations, and workflow monitoring through Power Automate.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated business processes using programming languages (C# and Java), data visualization tools (Tableau), and Microsoft Power Platform technologies (Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred.
Support new Global SAP project implementation as the Local Process Architect (LPA).
Support this new business system and its surrounding sub-system.
Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and end-user training.
Design and develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting solutions.
Create dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau or Power BI and other analytics platforms.
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to support informed management decision-making.
Ability to work in compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies, ISMS requirements, and IT governance standards.
Sound knowledge of access control principles and secure system design practises.
Ability to participate in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
