Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum unit is seeking a Business Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making in healthcare. You will build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, manage ETL processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant analytics, reporting, or data analysis experience.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Databricks.
Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing concepts and data architecture.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
